Orders are prepared based on product availability at the time of order confirmation ..

 

Yabaneez reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of pricing errors, product unavailability, or operational reasons, with a full refund (issued where applicable) ..

 

Refund and exchange can't be accepted if the order had been shipped, unless if there is a clear issue that must be reported within two days upon receiving the order .. 

 

In case of client's request to cancel the order before it is shipped, deduction of 8% of total order value will be made (operational fees) ..
